We provide support & guidance for new practice set-up, accreditation & ongoing practice development and management. We achieve quality improvement in your practice through systems review & development, risk management & staff training.  

Whether you require extensive or only a little support, we look forward to working with you to meet your needs. We offer flexibility with services provided onsite or remotely, depending on the task at hand. 

Our consultant, Carol Harding, is a highly experienced practice manager who has achieved the AAPM Fellowship and is a qualified trainer and assessor and accreditation co-surveyor. She has almost twenty years of experience, including managing a busy multi-site GP practice, leading many accreditation cycles and setting up multiple general practices/skin cancer clinics. Carol strives to provide customised support to address your individual needs and concerns.

Practice Management Services


New Practice Setup

We co-ordinate all the administrative tasks associated with getting your new practice set up and running. We will develop and implement systems and policy for your practice. We can also assist you with your recruitment needs and then train your new staff to these policies.

Recruitment and HR

We can provide support for your recruitment of admin and nursing staff.

We can assist with development of job descriptions, advertising, applicant screening & interview processes and preparation of employment documentation. We induct new staff to help get them quickly  up to speed with your practice processes and can also support you with performance management.


Existing Practices

Provision of ongoing practice management support to GP practices on an as-needed basis to help you deal with the challenges faced in running your practice. Practice systems review, risk management support and advice around improved workflows, efficiencies and good business governance.

We will help you prepare for your next accreditation or provide mentorship to an inexperienced practice manager.

The use of innovative technology in your practice has become more important. It can help make your practice more efficient and enhance the patient experience. If you find it all a bit scary, we can help support your team using the new technology you introduce into your practice.


Accreditation

We can make your upcoming accreditation less stressful for you and your team. With a systematic approach, our consultant guides you through an action plan to achieve the required standards.

We ensure that your practice manual and other documentation meet the Current RACGP Standards.  

Policy & Procedure

Written policy and procedures will help protect you and your business and keep your staff on track with how they work in your business.

We develop written documentation of how you do things in your practice and are also experienced in preparing your documentation within 3rd party electronic manuals if you wish to use that option.

We can prepare customised practice policy and procedure manuals for your practice. We can also ensure your existing manual meets the current RACGP and Infection Control Standards.
