Practice Management Support for Medical Practices.

Recruitment & HR

Your staff can make or break your practice. It is not only skills that are important, but how the person will fit into your practice as well.

While not a recruitment agency our consultant has lots of experience in employing and training of practice staff. She can assist you through the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing and employment paperwork for the successful candidate.

We can also provide you with an induction program and get your new staff member up to speed as quickly as possible.

We are happy to discuss any staff performance issues with you and recommend ways of dealing with these challenges in your practice. Support and mentoring for underperforming staff can help them to improve and achieve the performance standards you want in your organisation.

Policy and Procedure

Your policy and procedure manual should be a living document that is both a useful training tool and the go-to reference on how you do things in your practice. Having policies and procedures will guide your staff on your expectations, how you want them to behave, and how you want things done. It is also an important risk management tool for your practice, especially in the areas of WHS and staff performance management.

We can help you bring all your documentation together or customise new policies and procedures to suit your practice needs and to show compliance with your legal responsibilities as an employer and business owner.

We can provide links within the manual to external websites or resources used in training your staff or for those who want to further understand a topic. We include many templates and forms you may need to use in your practice.

Carol has experience working with third-party online manuals such as PracticeHub and can set your manual up this way if you prefer.

Your manual will also provide you with a lot of what you need for accreditation and can be easily updated as things change in your practice.
